Berger Dealers’ Meet 2011

Among huge enthusiasm and ebullience, Berger Dealers’ Meet 2011 took place at the Celebrity Hall of Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) on April 12, 2011. 350 club dealers of Berger Paints enjoyed the program in the evening. Managing Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited, Rupali Chowdhury graced the occasion. In her speech, she welcomed and thanked all the dealers, and mentioned that Berger will continue to hold the program in the years to come. She hoped for the business success of the dealers and Berger Paints as well. Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, General Manager-Sales & Marketing; A.K.M. Sadeque Nawaj, Head of Marketing; and Syed Abu Abed Saher, General Sales Manager-Decorative along with all heads of different business units and sales depots and other High Officials of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited were also present in the dealers’ meet. A raffle draw was arranged for the dealers where 10 lucky dealers won attractive prizes. There was also a cultural program for the dealers. The stage dance performance of Nadia & Likhon, magic show by Sahin Shah and songs of eminent singer Rizia Parvin and Razib enthralled all.

Berger comes forward for the welfare of Autistic Children

Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd. the leading multinational paint company has added another dimension to its corporate social responsibilities. To reiterate its image as a socially responsible corporate citizen, Berger Paints has spread its hand towards the well being of the autistic children of Bangladesh. This year, Berger Paints has selected five organizations: SEID Trust, Society for the Welfare of Autistic Children (SWAC), Autism Welfare Foundation (AWF), Tauri Foundation, and Scholars Special School to hand over physiotherapy materials, multimedia projectors, yearly calendars, musical instruments and house rent cheques based on their needs.

In a simple ceremony held in its corporate office on 25th November, 2009; Managing Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd., Rupali Chowdhury handed over these materials and cheques to the respective organizations. She expected that, like Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd., other organizations would also come forward for the welfare of the autistic children. Director -Finance and Company Secretary Mr. Abdul Khalek; GM (Sales & Marketing) Mr. Mohsin Habib Chowdhury amongst other high officials of Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd., as well as the directors of the organizations, were also present in the occasion.
